AI Governance.

Make AI part of your controlled environment.

Useful AI depends on more than choosing a model. Liminaid brings approved sources, retrieval, model endpoints, tools, outputs, and logs into the same governed platform used for applications and data.

An approved path from information to AI.

Give teams a curated set of AI services rather than unrestricted connections to external tools. Start with the workload's sources, users, and approved processing requirements, then deploy the supporting services through reviewed patterns.

Govern more than the final model call.

Include source access, document retrieval, prompts, outputs, agent tools, and logging in the operating design. A reviewed endpoint does not make every connected source or tool appropriate for the workload.

Keep service choices inside the approved catalog.

Select model deployments and AI components appropriate to the customer-defined boundary. Review new services and connections rather than silently expand the information path as the application evolves.

Preserve evidence as the application changes.

Observe deployment, configuration, access, and service changes within the managed environment. Distinguish prevented actions, detected drift, missing evidence, and questions that require human review.

Use AI with the ownership model your enterprise requires.

Consume a Liminaid-managed environment, keep your own cloud account with Managed BYOC, or operate Private Edition with your own team. The AI governance approach remains part of the platform, not a separate unrestricted workspace.

Frequently asked questions

What does Liminaid govern in an AI workload?

The platform scope includes approved source access, retrieval, model endpoints, prompts, outputs, agent tools, logging, and external connections.

Can we use any model or external tool?

Services must fit the approved workload and catalog. Liminaid does not promise unrestricted access to every model or integration.

Can AI run inside our own cloud account?

Managed BYOC and Private Edition are designed for customer-owned government-cloud environments. The operational responsibilities differ between them.

Does an alert automatically establish a violation?

No. The platform distinguishes control events, drift, missing evidence, and questions requiring review. These are not automatic legal determinations.

Who determines the permitted information and users?

The customer supplies authoritative classifications, personnel eligibility and project authorization, permitted activities, and required export authorizations.

Does Liminaid replace our security or export-compliance team?

No. It translates approved requirements into platform controls and evidence, while the customer retains the decisions and responsibilities outside the managed scope.

Give your AI use case an approved path forward.

Discuss the information sources, services, and operating model your application needs. Keep the initial conversation at a non-sensitive level.
